Two very introspective takes on Voice today, one from Robb Walsh in the Houston Press:
Voice: Tastes Great, Less Filling
…and one from Chef Randy Rucker:
We Are So Lucky To Have Such Dynamic Food Journalists
Both present interesting points of view: Robb on portions and pricing (from a food journalist’s perspective), Randy on the behind-the-scenes aspects that most customers don’t think about when dining (from a chef’s perspective).
Peruse and discuss, fair readers.

Say if ya all want real sliders that you dont have to take a loan out to eat them, you need to go to Little Bitty Burger Barn 5503 pinemont I was just there again on monday, 4 sliders w/carmelized onions on a perfectly grilled little bun w/ fresh cut idaho french fries, $4.95, and add a bottomless soda for $1.50 thats less than $6.50 out the door, and I might add the best burgers I have had in Houston in ages, so give it a try, you wont be dissappointed, remind ya the little place does get VERY busy, so keep that in mind, http://www.littlebittyburgerbarn.com thanks , Todd
