Description
This appears to enable managers to make distribution (n.b. Billboard, 'distro' is not in the English language) deals without going through labels. "Members of the IMMF/MMF can use IODA's Rightsholder Dashboard, which enables managers to handle royalties and contribute to the release process. The arrangement also provides for an artist owned and controlled catalog as well as the release of previously unavailable materials."
