A LEADING protestor against plans for 19 wind turbines has described an arson attack at his home as "an act on local government". West Norfolk councillor David Markinson's comments come after an outbuilding at his Marshland St James home went up in flames on Saturday night, causing in the region of £50,000 worth of damage. He was attending a fundraising auction held by the anti-wind turbine campaign group FLAT when the incident happened.
